Eastern Medicine Food Theraphy

As a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Food Therapist, I believe that food is our first medicine.

Growing up in Southeast Asia, where simple meals were lovingly crafted from fresh ingredients, whole foods at home, I deeply developed my appreciation for the healing power of food.

In TCM, no single diet suits everyone. Our bodies, constitutions and lifestyles are unique, requiring tailored approaches to nourish and restore balance.

My approach focuses on using food to support healing and vitality, recognising that what we consume has a profound impact on both our physical and emotional well-being.

Whether you're seeking to improve digestion, balance your energy, or address specific health concerns, I offer personalised food therapy based on TCM principles, aligning your food choices with your individual constitution and health needs.

In TCM, it’s important to eat according to the season to maintain harmony in the body. Each season brings its own energetic qualities: warming foods in winter and lighter greens in spring help keep the body's energy in balance.

This seasonal approach supports the balance of Yin and Yang, promoting optimal health throughout the year. Using food therapy, I help create personalised meal plans tailored to your specific needs, whether you're managing hormonal changes, recovering from surgery or simply love eating yummy healthy food.

Together, we will develop a meal plan that is both delicious y to prepare, ensuring that your food is not only healing but also enjoyable and practical for your daily life.
